Alexa is a +500RYS certified yoga teacher, sound therapist and Human Design guide with a passion for bringing more joy and connection into your life. With her work, she wants to help you break free from the confines of your mind and foster a profound connection with yourself - with your body, mind, and soul. Alexa's teaching style is a mix of everything she loves to practice. From sweaty Vinyasa or calming Yin to energizing Kundalini-inspired practices, nourishing deep rest or sound baths, in Alexa's classes you can expect to go on an exploration of your body, breath and mind to truly connect with yourself as a whole. Whether that's through movement, sound or experimenting with your human design, Alexa believes that genuine transformation only occurs when all energetic bodies are in harmony.

Dynamic Flows & Deep Rest
Our mornings are filled with dynamic yoga flows to get into the body, awaken the senses and find balance within movement. In the evenings, we transition into deep restorative practices, allowing you to unwind and release tension. All yoga sessions are carefully curated to nurture both body and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and radiant from the inside out.
Kundalini-inspired Breathwork & Meditation
Through guided breathwork, meditation, and visualization, we gently anchor ourselves into the present moment. Our intention is to cultivate tranquillity and clarity within, guiding us towards a state of radiant presence and profound peace.
Human Design
Human Design is the science of your aura. As your energetic blueprint, Human Design is a tool for deep self-exploration and understanding of your own energy.. At the retreat, we'll delve into the basics of the Human Design system and its practical application in your life.
There will also be the opportunity to book a 1:1 Human Design Reading with Alexa at the retreat.

During this retreat you have the unique opportunity to stay at two enchanting resorts and experience the manifold landscapes of this magical country.
Welcome to Marrakech's medieval medina, the city's beating heart. RIAD BE is situated in the midst of this vibrant surroundings. Here, they are building a genuine and one-of-a-kind environment rich in local history, tradition, art, and cuisine.
HIGHLIGHTS
The hideaway is a magical hidden oasis located in the middle of the Agafay stone desert, 45 min away from Marrakech. The camp has ten 50m2 yurt tents, a restaurant and bar area to enjoy wonderful meals under the stars, a swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the desert landscape and a stunning sunset hill and yoga shala for our yoga practice. All tents are equipped with conformable bedding, an en-suite bathroom and shower, a wardrobe with a small kitchenette, air conditioning to cool or heat and a private outdoor terrace to enjoy the breathtaking views. Every yurt tent has a window in the roof overlooking the stars.

Riad BE & Be Agafay both serve healthy and delicious cuisine which has a unique formula of spices, tastes, and flavors. Their meals are cooked and prepared with a passionate touch and a lot of details to the ingredients. The kitchen can accommodate to various dietary requirements upon request (gluten free).
